Buyer's Inspection

At this point you have found a house you like, and now you need to gather information about it's condition, and what you are getting yourself into.

Our home inspection will cover all accessible areas of the home, with a focus on items that fall into the following categories:

• Major defects.

• Things that may lead to major defects.

• Things that may hinder your ability to finance, legally occupy, or insure the home.

• Safety hazards.

You are encouraged to attend the inspection and learn as much as you can about the property.

 

After our inspection, whether you were able to attend or not, you will receive a comprehensive report. (typically before the end of business the following day)

 

After reviewing the report, you will have a good idea about the condition of the house.

 

You will then have confidence in how to proceed with your offer, and reduce your home buying risk dramatically!
